Gulab Jamun Recipe, in this video you will learn how to prepare soft and tasty Jamun's. • Video Ingredients required for preparing Gulab Jamun. • 1 Cup Milk • 2 Bowl Sugar • Gulab Jamun mix and • Oil to fry Instruction to prepare Sugar Syrup. 1. Take 2 bowls sugar and 2 bowl water and keep it for heating. 2. Keep stirring occasionally. 3. Boil for approximately around 20 – 25 mins till the sugar syrup becomes light sticky. Instructions to prepare the Jamun’s 1. Take the Gulab Jamun power and add little milk and keep mixing it gently, add milk till the dough becomes soft. Note – do not apply to much pressure while making the dough. 2. Take small quantity of dough and make small smooth round shape balls. 3. Do not apply to much pressure while making the balls, else it will not absorb the sugar syrup properly. 4. Keep the oil for heating on low flame, once the oil is heated fry the Gulab Jamuns in the oil, till it becomes golden brown. Take it out once the golden brown colour comes. 5. Allow the Gulab Jamun’s to cool for few mins. 6. Now pour the Gulab Jamun’s in light warm sugar syrup and keep it for 3-4 hours. 7. Gulab Jamun’s are ready to eat. It can be severed hot or cold.
