PFDA - Victim (2004, USA)

Partnership for a Drug-Free America illustrates one of the lesser-known dangers of drugs: getting stalked by the G-Man. I'm pretty sure I've read about "getting high and seeing a white-haired elderly guy appear everywhere" in a Philip K. Dick novel or several. On a more serious note, this is pretty nonspecific stuff as tends to be the norm for PDFA and similar organisations. This would work so much better with a message about driving whilst high at the end instead of the generic "ooooh drugs are bad, kids!" stuff. It also reminds me a lot of a certain Think! PIF, though that one's much more frightening and much more effective.
