Beyond the Cockpit: Michael Waltrip Challenges Denny Hamlin to Race SRX

The Superstar Racing Experience enters its second full season of racing with many of the stars last season returning.  Two-time Daytona 500 winner Michael Waltrip plans on competing full-time in the SRX Series. Last season, Waltrip finished eighth in the points standings. Waltrip is looking to turn good runs in last year's heat races at Stafford Speedway and Lucas Oil Raceway into good finishes in the feature this season Frontstretch's Jared Haas was able to talk to Waltrip about coming back for a second season, expectations for the 2022 season and drivers that he would like to see in the SRX. The SRX season starts on June 18th at Five Flags Speedway on CBS.
