Why isn’t Black Lives Matter included in the new DHS terror bulletin?

The Department of Homeland Security just issued a new warning through the National Terrorism Advisory System. The bulletin warns of domestic extremists who may use COVID pandemic restrictions ‘as a rationale to target government or public health officials or facilities.’ But a Black Lives Matter leader in New York just publicly threatened ‘bloodshed’ if the city’s mayor-elect, Eric Adams, brings back the NYPD’s anti-crime unit.
