Van Roof Leaks! Roof Repair, Surface Cleaning and New Sealant

Im' fixing a leaking roof on the van. A seam that connects the cab section of the roof to the passenger roof section has opened up where the sealant has degraded over the years. I need to get that repaired before I do any more work on the inside of the van.
