PAID $350 for a locker the THIRD TIME it was for sale at the abandoned storage auction

This is the first in a series of what I'm calling the "3rd Time" locker because this is the third time that this particular unit had come up for auction. On the earlier 2 auctions, the owner came to the auction and paid the amount due, so the sale was cancelled. But why did the owner pay up twice before and not this time? What was in there that was worth paying thousands to try and save, only to let it go months later? I paid $350 to find out what the story was. This locker was huge, a 10' x 15' unit which was stacked to the rafters. I also bought a 10' x 20' on the same day, owned by the same guy! Needless to say I had a lot of work cut out for me.
