It will be released in its entirety on 10 September 2021 for Stadia, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Microsoft Windows, and at a later date for Nintendo Switch. It is the fifth installment in the Life Is Strange series, and the third mainline game, succeeding Life Is Strange 2. The plot of True Colors focuses on Alex Chen, a young woman who can feel and experience the emotions of others, as she tries to solve the mystery behind (SPOILER ALERT)............... her brother's death. Alex Chen is a young Asian-American woman who has grown up in a foster family and has had a troubled childhood. In the beginning of the story she reunites with her brother Gabe eight years later when he finds her and encourages to return. After Gabe is killed in a mysterious accident, Alex investigates the truth behind the accident by using her empathy powers.
