While working on Bach's music, where my own thoughts and colors are expressed as they are, I wrestled with the question of whether I should become the protagonist or adhere to the essence of Bach's dance-like compositions. Ultimately, the focus shifted towards the possibility of dancing while listening to this music, and the direction of the recording was decided with a balance of precision and inner freedom. Despite the challenging recording process, it brought joy, and I found myself wanting to revisit this endeavor someday when my perspective evolves with age. I extend my gratitude to everyone who supported the realization of this album, allowing the audience to experience Bach through the lens of a young cellist.
