Ingredients – Sago (साबूदाना) – 200 gm Boiled Potato (उबले हुए आलू) – 2 large Chili Flakes (कुत्ता हुआ मिर्च ) – 1 tbsp Cumin Seed (जीरा ) – 1 Tsp Salt (नमक ) – According to taste Water (पानी ) – 1.5 liter Method – 1. Wash and soak the Sago for 2-3 hours. 2. Grate the boiled potato and keep aside. 3. In a heavy bottom, vessel pours 1.5 liters of water and boil it. 4. Now add soaked Sago, Grated Potato, Chili Flakes, Cumin seed, and Salt. 5. Stir continuously and cook it for 5-6 minutes on high flame. 6. When the batter is a thick turn off the flame and lets the batter cool down. 7. Take a thick plastic sheet and grease it with oil and pour the batter as shown in the video. 8. Dry it in sunlight for 2-3 Days. 9. You can store for a long time and fry it when you want to eat. Note – 1. If you would like to eat during fast you should add Sendha Namak instead of Table salt. 2. Instead of chili flakes, you can add green chili. 3. Add coriander leaves/ Dill leaves/ Mint leaves for flavor.
