The Nemesis is an exotic sniper rifle available in world tier 5. Unfortunately it is time-gated. You need at least three weeks to get all parts. to start the hunt play Tidal Basin Stronghold on World Tier 5! on normal or higher. Pick up the key and open the secret room near the end of the stronghold inside the hovercraft. Deconstruct the SR-1 weapon and you will get the first part of the sniper rifle. Klutz = Boss of invaded District Union Arena stronghold Shorty = Boss of invaded Roosevelt Island stronghold Prime = Boss of invaded Capitol Building stronghold. The time-gated part is that only one invaded stronghold is available each week. So look in your week which invaded stronghold is active. For replay an Stronghold on "invaded" - Change difficulty - Toggle Invasion After you got all 4 parts, you have to replay the invaded! Grand Washington Hotel mission again. The first boss called 'Phaedra "Puck" Lao' drops the 490 blueprint. You can buy the 500 Blueprint from the vendor after you have received the 490 Blueprint.
