Federal workers struggle without pay as long shutdown begins to affect more Americans

Sunday marks day 33 of the government shutdown with no end in sight. Approximately 650,000 furloughed federal workers received fresh notices telling them to stay home without working and without pay, and many are beginning to feel the pinch.
