GTA Vice City Glitch: buying property during death animation

I was trying some things with replays/rampages/properties etc., and figured this out by accident. Don't know if this is already known and if this can be of any use (maybe a backup strat), but it's quite funny. :P You can buy a property when die-ing because you're not really on a mission anymore. After than you'll get warped to the property (as long as you're not on a mission/taking a phonecall). Also sorry for my (bad) taste of music lol.
