#GameMasterY2K You must not go to the left of this level upon entry. Instead, go to the right and retrieve the scientist vial that is used to make a magic door appear, and carry it to the left. You will not get the mushroom/extra heart if you use the door where you pick it up at, you must transport it to the left.
