TombRaider Glitch In Shanty Town

I am now Stuck here in Shanty Town part 2 in a Glitch map, because it saved over my save game once I dived into the void after sliding down the water path, I had already completed the game, all I was doing was getting my last items, I suppose I'll have to wait for a new patch to come out!! Or start all over again :( please excuse the low quality it was cheap and fast way to show the problem.
