👌"Okay Google..." 🍔 THE WHOPPER TRIGGERING Google Home!!! Wikipedia SHUTS IT DOWN!!!

After the BURGER KING ad debuted April 12th, 2017 at 12PM ET, many users edited the Wikipedia entry for THE WHOPPER adding a slew of troll-tastic descriptions including “cancer-causing,” “a chocolate candy” (in reference to the Hershey candy) and ingredients like “toe-nail clippings” and “rat.” Briefly, some users were able to get their Google Homes to respond with the edited entries. Wikipedia has now locked the entry, allowing changes to be made only by authorized administrators. Google and Burger King have NO COMMENT... no comment at all. For now, the mischief’s over, but maybe you still have a Whopper on your mind? So perhaps the ad did its job after all? Google Home voice tags could not come soon enough. Seriously.
