Welcome to.. 🔥KEEPING UP WITH THE KETTLEBELL.🔥 Day TWENTY EIGHT!! #KUWTKB INTRO:    • Keeping Up With The KETTLEBELL | 6 we...   This TOTAL BODY KETTLEBELL HIIT was SO 🥵🔥 This workout will consist of 15 exercises, completed as on big circuit.. x2 with a 60 second water break between a full circuit completed! The timer will be set for 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. Finishing this workout with a 100 REP BURNOUT! Well start with a 3 minute warmup & end with a nice long cool down! All you will need for this workout is a kettlebell & a mat or soft surface. For your reference, Im using a 20, 25, 30 & 40lbs kettlebell. Here’s the workout: 3 minute warm up.. EXERCISES: 1. Deadstop KB swings 2. Reverse lunge, push press L 3. Reverse lunge, push press R 4. RDL, clean, alt. side step squats 5. In + out jump squat 6. Sumo squat, upright row 7. Lateral lunge, snatch, overhead hold, curtsey lunge L 8. Lateral lunge, snatch, overhead hold, curtsey lunge R 9. Deadlift, sprawl 10. Transporter (Plank, alt weighted toe reach) 11. Figure 8, uneven squat 12. B stance rdl, clean, b stance squat, press L 13. B stance rdl, clean, b stance squat, press R 14. B stance KB swing, L 15.
