JEERA ALOO RECIPE | Potatoes with Cumin Seeds Ingredients 2 medium potatoes (aloo), boiled, peeled and cut in cubes ½ tablespoon cumin seeds (jeera) 2 tablespoons oil (desi ghee) Salt to taste (sendha namak) 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper seeds ½ tablespoon roasted cumin (jeera) powder 1/2 Lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and salt, mix and sauté till the seeds change colour. 2. Add crushed coriander, cumin powder, Black pepper powder, mix well and sauté for 2-4 minutes. 3. Add potatoes and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. 4.
