The Syracuse Orange flexed their muscles with a 94-70 win over the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Laila Phelia, Dominique Darius, and Uche Izoje did a good portion of the damage on offense, scoring 23, 20, and 17 points, respectively. Phelia was unstoppable, shooting 9-13 from the floor, including a perfect 3-3 from three-point range to go along with 7 steals, 2 rebounds, an assist, and a blocked shot. Darius shot 6-12 from the floor, and a perfect 8-8 from the foul line, and Izoje shot 8-14 from the floor with 15 rebounds and 4 blocks in the win. Jada Crawshaw paced the Yellow Jackets with 16 points in the loss.
