Quigley: Time to Cut Nearly $1B in Wasteful Defense Spending

U.S. Representative Mike Quigley (IL-05) moved to cut $988 million in unnecessary Defense funding for a DDG-51 Destroyer ship. The funds were not requested the U.S. Navy and undermines the Navy's ability to execute a competitive bidding process.
