Charges withdrawn against Chicho's shooting suspect

The man accused of shooting five people outside Chicho's Backstage in Downtown Norfolk is out of jail. Prosecutors withdrew the charges against Antoine Legrande Jr. after witnesses failed to testify. Police arrested the 25-year-old months after the March shooting. Three people died: Virginian-Pilot reporter Sierra Jenkins, semi-pro football player Malik Harris, and Marquel Andrews.
