How to speedrun Bangkok - Hitman 3

A small experiment for today. Instead of just doing a classical Hitman 3 silent assassin speedrun without commentary, I wanted to make a guide showing and explaining what exactly happens to hopefully make it easier to follow. Because this is such a fun and easy strategy to beat Bangkok with, that I hope many will try out for themselves.
