Soyuz MS-10 Failure Explained

On October 11th, 2018, a crewed Soyuz rocket experienced an anomaly two and a half minutes into the flight. This lead to an emergency abort for the Soyuz crewed capsule. The capsule safely landed 400 km away from the launchpad.
