POV: when your blood sugar drops low during a #workout that you prepped for beforehand

Low blood sugars absolutely can ruin your workouts (and here’s one way to fix). Recently, I was talking to someone who told me that they were trying EVERY possible way to keep their blood sugar from going crazy during a workout: They tried: 😱snacks😱adjusting insulin😱fixing their workout times😱changing the type of workout No matter what they did…. their blood sugar ALWAYS went low OR skyrocketed…. …and it drove them absolutely bananas. And I’m sure you can relate to this situation because there’s nothing worse than trying and trying and trying again and getting nowhere with the results and the effort that you are putting in. But, it doesn’t all have to be bad. One thing to consider would be when you have your snack PRIOR a workout, and FINDING THE SWEET SPOT TO HAVE IT. Too early? your number is going to spike up really fast. Too late? It’s not going to digest enough to have any blood sugar impact. So really try to aim for 30-40 minutes prior.
