[Weather] Nationwide rain in store with cooler highs

전국 비, 낮 기온 뚝 Good morning. Rain clouds are approaching the country. Rain will start from Jeolla-do Province before spreading to the rest of the country as the day goes on. Don't forget to take an umbrella with you on your way out. Western parts of the country will see 5 to 10 millimeters of rain, Jeju receiving up to 30 millimeters and mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province will see up to 7 centimeters of snowfall. The showers should stop by late tonight or tomorrow dawn. Due to the rain, temperatures won't rise much... highs in Seoul will be nearly 7 degrees lower than yesterday but readings will jump to mild side for the weekend. Morning lows in most parts are few notches higher this morning, 3 degrees to start the day in Seoul, Daejeon and Daegu. Daily highs will be 5 to 6 degrees lower than Thursday, getting up to single digits for most regions. So dress a bit warmer today.
