Each round seamlessly transitions between these techniques, ending with a short breath retention to deepen the effects. Who Should Avoid This Practice? This session involves intense breathwork and breath retention, which may not be suitable for everyone. Avoid or modify this practice if you: Have cardiovascular issues (high blood pressure, heart disease). Are a pregnant women or have any medical conditions affecting the lungs. Suffer from epilepsy, severe anxiety, or panic disorders. Have recently undergone surgery or have any serious medical conditions. Breathe with awareness and feel the shift within!
