I followed the video "Ford 4.6L 3v & 5.4L 3v Broken Spark Plug Removal" posted by FordTechMakuloco, he makes great content on Ford trucks. I did this on my 2005 5.4L 3V with heli-coils holding in a few spark plugs. If you have an 11th generation ford F-150 replace your spark plugs with SP-546. ONLY USE GENUINE MOTORCRAFT SPARK PLUGS. I used ENA coil packs off amazon that came with a one year warranty and they are working fine. To do this job, I didn't have a compressor to clean out the valley of the head where the spark plug sits, I used keyboard duster for that and it probably did nothing. Spray a little PB blaster in the spark plug valley and let it soak for at least 5 minutes. Try to loosen the spark plug, if it does loosen, tighten it up and loosen it repetitively and safely until the spark plug is removed. You may need to use more PB blaster but use caution because too much can go into the head and you can hydro-lock your spark plug into the engine. To install the spark plugs be sure your OTC tool is clean before re-installation and do the tighten/loosen process all the way into the head until its nice and hand tight. I got all of my spark plugs out using patience and the proper tools. You can do this!
