Presidential Rankings CSPAN Top 10 BEST and WORST PRESIDENTS (Bush is 1 of the worst)- MSNBC

The Presidential rankings are up on Msnbc. On Presidents Day, CSPAN released a survey of the best and worst U.S. Presidents. President BUSH was one of the worst presidents in America according to CSPAN a Conservative channel. Is this a surprise? Do you agree with the historians? Obama is not in the survey yet because he has not yet finished a full term. By President's Day 2013 we will know where Obama falls on the list.
