Oil - 2tablespoons (hot) 4. Oil - 2cup (for frying the sev) 5. Ghee - 1 teaspoon Methods... 1. Take a bowl add besan then add hot oil mix it well then add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside for 20min. 2. After 20min take a sev maker put the dough in it. 3. Take a pan add oil then fry all the sev till it golden brown. 4. Take a pan add ghee then add gur and 2tablespoons water melt it on medium flame then slow the flame and add fried Sev mix it well. 5.
