5Sep2023 1915hrs Yishun Street 81 cyclist turning right into carpark get hit by #SNA8675D quoted Bicycle right turning, The car drove out from car park did not stop at stop line but drive into opposite lane before enter main road. Knocked down bicycle did not stop immediately and ran over victim. Did not turn on head lamps drag victim away from scene may further injured victim .
