Letcher Co. teacher sentenced to 30 years for child pornography and cyberstalking

On Feb. 22, Charles Evans Hall Jr., a Letcher County Middle School teacher, was sentenced to 370 months in federal prison for the production of child pornography and cyberstalking a student.
