First it was the Governor’s Office, now new positive cases of COVID-19 have forced the temporary shutdown of City Hall in Trenton. State health officials reported 1,663 new positive coronavirus cases Tuesday. The state's cumulative total is now 231,331. Fourteen additional deaths brings NJ's death toll to 16,306 since the start of the outbreak. Hospitalizations remain above 900 for the second straight day. The state is also updating the coronavirus quarantine travel advisory list, adding California and Massachusetts. There are now 41 states and territories on the list.
