Because of shock Only Freya and One other Character can... There are two win conditions for this fight. Reduce Beatrix's HP to something or survive 10 turns. Freya is able to survive 10 turns pretty quickly by making beatrix skip some turns. Each jump will skip one of her turns and a Tranced Jump will skip 3 of them!
