On board Atlantuc Av-Barclays Center bound 2017 New Flyer XN40 Xcelsior CNG #763 B37 bus from 3rd Avenue & 78th Street to 3rd Avenue & 39th Street. After I got off the bus at 39th St, there was a switch between the bus operators so it didn't move for a while. From 65th Street to 16th Street, the Belt Parkway/Gowanus Expressway runs above 3rd Avenue in the center while the B37 runs on the side of it.
