When making beatcraft videos 1-7, I was always limited by lag spikes. I had to be careful not to include too much crazy redstone to keep the gameplay smooth. If only there was a way to render gameplay at smooth 60fps regardless of how much redstone or entities I include. First solution would be to use something like replay mod, but that only records packets sent between the client and server, so it wouldn't record player inputs at 60fps (limited to 20tps). Replay mod also doesn't allow you to modify the world after you record it... THIS is the idea that was most exciting to me. Synchronizing to music is very challenging, but if I could synchronize elements AFTER recording the gameplay, then I could choreograph some super cool tricks. Nothing existed that could do this, so I made my own mod called PlayerSync. I've open sourced it here: https://github.com/doodlechaos/NeoFor...
