A little morning fishing @ Wea Creek

Just spent about an hour on Wea Creek in Lafayette, IN the morning of Sept 7th, 2013. Only brought one to the net but it was a nice smallmouth, 16-17 inches. This is about 2 miles upstream from the confluence with Elliot Ditch, a superfund site from PCB contamination. Toxic or not, this smallie still put up a pretty good fight.
