Let’s fly! In this intermediate/advanced level vinyasa yoga class, we will explore multiple arm balances: crow, baby crow, side crow, and flying splits! I always offer modifications if you don’t want to practice these poses for any reason. This class involves quite a bit of core work, twisting, and balancing so it is pretty challenging.
