Its Autocontrol function, the add-on filters, the hot water faucet safety lock, and the LED indicators seem like valuable features for a product released 9 years ago. In the meantime, however, user needs and expectations have changed, and this device is no longer able to keep up with them. It is approximately 50% more expensive than the countertop models reviewed above, it breaks down easily, and the customer service is pretty disappointing.
