Lightning Strike in Herefordshire UK - Weds. 15th April 2009

Hope you enjoy this view of a lighting strike herefordshire uk on wednesday 15th April 2009. I have identified frames surrounding the strike as recorded on my camcorder at 30fps and they are quite remarkable. Note the first still frame shows the fork not quite touching the ground and then after the frame with the flash it does indeed touch the ground. Quite a spectacular storm for so early in the year. What are the white spots on the lightning?
