This 3 hour training is an opportunity for all to be equipped with intercultural skills. The training will use concepts in intercultural training, connect them to biblical principles, and will help participants: understand the meaning and fundamentals of culture as key to understanding the nuances of behaviour and values; appreciate cultural differences and respect different cultural backgrounds; learn the basics of cultural sensitivity to shape culturally-sensitive ministry.
