DOH, NTF working with COVID 19 manufacturers to extend shelf life

The Dept. of Health and the National Task Force Against COVID-19 say they will be working with COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers regarding the shelf life extension of the doses. The Malacañang estimates some 1.54% of shots have been wasted, but is still below the World Health Organization limit. PCOO Sec. Martin Andanar adds that most of the jabs set to expire in July have either been donated to other countries or procured by the local government or the private sector.
