Autozone referred me | Customer doesn’t believe in Diagnostics | Tried to tell me I was controlling

Most auto parts stores here refer me to a lot of customers. This particular customer got his codes read and had misfires. They print out a little sheet that tells people common repairs and some believe it. I prefer to Do the right thing and diagnose vehicles first. This customer thought that I would do anything he wanted because it was his car and tried to control the scenario. He got a bit mad saying I was going to do whatever I wanted. And he didn’t like that I charge for diagnostics.
