GTA San Andreas - Obtaining EC/EC2 Rio Red Packer

Time Stamps: 00:00 - Failing "Cop Wheels" whilst obtaining the EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Rio Red Packer 06:15 - Showing off the EC/EC2 Packer This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. Be sure to have at least one Satchel Charge before you begin. A Sniper Rifle comes in handy, as well. All you have to do is allow the Packer to stop, then walk up to the driver's side door and punch it and the driver will leave allowing you to enter through the passenger side door. This is very important. If the driver decides to drive off and never slow down and stop, reload and try again. You do NOT have to store the Packer inside of the Las Venturas Impound. I decided to show this in the Video, though. It can be stored inside of any Impound, the Hanger, and just a few of Garages like Doherty, Hashbury, and Verdant Meadows. Note that the Heist Missions ($) are OPTIONAL to progress the Story, but are REQUIRED for 100% Completion. You unlock them simply by passing "Explosive Situation" and they appear in Las Venturas at the Casino. It's up to you when you decide to do them. For the Guide, I am showing them now. The EC2 on this Packer can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Packer.
