ONE FISH MADE THIS TRIP WORTH GOING GOTTA LOVE THOSE DOTS!!!

Fish of the Day. Yea I was holding it out it was only 21 1/4. “ and I snagged it so not sure it really counts. Tagged and released it. It was a slow day for Spots&Dots but I managed to catch a few here and there. Mostly caught white trout today but I did get another inshore slam Speckled Trout Flounder and Redfish. Everything was caught on Matrix Shad Ultra Violet and Shrimp Creole with 3/8oz black platinum jig head. It was also a neap tide so that didn’t help fishing conditions. Most fish came from deeper holes until I moved out of the bayou to a reef. Caught trout on the reef in about 8 feet of water 1 speck and the rest were white trout on the reef. Saw some birds working shrimp in open water but I only caught 1 white trout under them along with a few gafftop catfish. I could see Spanish mackerel chasing the shrimp also but couldn’t get one to bite. Hoping for some better days getting frustrated with all these small fish.
