Kyosho Mini-Z 4x4 MX-01: First Crawl

Kyosho MINI-Z 4x4 MX-01: Crawling over some ice We finally received some snow a few days ago! As the snow and ice receded, I realized the MX-01 Jeep needed to come out. The remaining ice outside of the apartment isn't particularly challenging or interesting terrain to test a crawler. But if I squint hard enough, the truck and terrain start to look realistic and scale, kind of. I'd never thought I would get into RC meant to go slow. I gotta say it was fun to drive over the patches of ice and watching the tires slipping and regaining traction. I think I also need to find a way to mount a camera on my NB4 transmitter. I'm terrible at driving one handed! This is my first serious 4x4 driving session. There's something peaceful about controlled RC driving with cold air in my face.
