2016 NYIAS: Porsche Press Conference Revealing 2017 718 Boxster and 911R North American Debut
The 2017 Porsche 718 Boxster and the 2017 911R both made their North American Debut at the 2016 New York International Auto Show (NYIAS). The 718 is equipped with a 2.0-liter four cylinder engine making 296 HP at the base model. The S variant will see 345 HP from a 2.5-liter. Both variants comes with a six-speed manual, with a seven-speed PDK transmission available for $3,200 extra. The base price for the 718 comes in around $52,000 MSRP.
