Grafenwoehr training area was constructed a hundred years ago for German soldiers to hone their battle skills. Today, American soldiers use it to train for combat. And now, new construction's in full swing. The army's goal is to make it, not just a great place to train, but to live too. Is it? To find out, we spent a day with a soldier who works and lives in Grafenwoehr. Spc Elliot Valdez reports.
