How To Make Beef Stew In A Rice Cooker

Slow Cooked Beef Stew!!! Just 10 MINUTES of prep and then let the rice cooker work its magic!!! INGREDIENTS: 🥩 1.5 LB Beef 🥔 1.5 LB Potatoes 🥕 1 LB Carrots 🧅 1/4 Cup Onions 🍅 6 OZ Tomato Paste 🥩 4 Cups Beef Broth 🥄 1 TSP Gelatin 🌿 1 Bay Leaf 🧂 Onion Powder and Paprika 🧂 Salt and Pepper INSTRUCTIONS: STEP 1: Put your cubed beef into the rice cooker ~you will need to cut your beef if bought in one piece~ STEP 2: Add a bag of potatoes ~make sure they are pre-washed or wash them in your sink~ STEP 3: Add a bag of carrots ~they should be pre-washed otherwise you will have to wash them~ STEP 4: Add chopped onions ~either pre-chopped or cut by yourself~ STEP 5: Add a can of tomato paste STEP 6: Add a container of beef broth STEP 7: Add Paprika, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper ~plus whatever other seasonings/herbs you want~ STEP 8: Stir everything together STEP 9: Add 1 Bay Leaf STEP 10: Slow Cook your stew for 2 hours STEP 11: Stir the stew STEP 12: Cook your stew for an additional 30 Minutes STEP 13: Add Gelatin ~this step is optional and based on personal taste~ STEP 14: Final Stir, Serve and Enjoy!!! ‼️Because I was using a rice cooker I had to cook my stew an additional 30 minutes on the regular setting after slow cooking for 2 hours. This will vary by rice cooker, crock pot and slow cooker; cook until your stew is tender‼️ Get creative and make this dish your own with different ingredients, sauces, and spices!
