The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has ordered a review in the case of 7-year-old Harmony Montgomery, the missing New Hampshire girl who was last seen in late 2019, about 10 months after a juvenile court judge in Lawrence awarded custody of the child to her father. Missing posters for Harmony Montgomery are seen outside of the courthouse where her stepmother, Kayla Montgomery, appeared earlier in the day on an arraignment and bail hearing. Jessica Rinaldi/Globe Staff. Adam Montgomery faces several charges, including assault and child endangerment. Kayla Montgomery previously was arrested for allegedly collecting $1,500 in food stamps for Harmony despite the girl not living with her. That charge was dropped and replaced with nine new charges. The SJC, Budd wrote, has directed Judge Jeffrey A. Locke to review Harmony’s case. Locke assumed the role of chief justice of Massachusetts’ Trial Court last Wednesday. Budd’s letter didn’t specify the scope of the review. For personal readings text to my whatssapp +1 980 309 1317 paypal.me/mcristinaramsey WESTERN UNION Maria Cristina Ramsey North Carolina USA
