Roghni Naan Recipe Without Tandoor - Roghni Naan Without Oven patilay main - Butter Naan Recipe

1. Tittle👇🏻 Roghni Naan Recipe Without Tandoor - Roghni Naan Without Oven patilay main - Best Ever Naan Recipe Preparation Time : 1 hr Baking Time : 15 min Ready Time : 1hr & 20 min 2. Ingredients ⤵ All Purpose flour 1 kg Salt to taste Sugar 2 tsp Baking soda ½ tsp Dry yeast 2 tsp Luke warm Milk ½ cup Cooking oil 4 tsp Luke Warm Water as required For Applying on Top Ingredient ⤵ Egg yolk 1 Milk 2 tsp Sesame seeds as required Kalonji as required ( Nigella) or black cumin 3. Directions ⤵ 1. Strain the flour . 2. Add salt, sugar,baking soda and dry yeast , mix it well. 3. Add yogurt ,cooking oil and luke warm milk, mix it well. 4. Add Luke warm water gradually and make soft dough. 5.Apply little cooking oil and take it rest for 40 to 45 min. 6. Make medium size balls, grease with cooking oil and take it rest for 10 mn more. 7.Make egg wash ➡ egg yolk + milk , mix it well and take it aside . 8. Spread one ball on surface by using hands or rolling pin. 9.Draw lines by using knife. 10.Apply egg wash , sprinkle sesam seeds and kalonji seeds. With oven Method ⤵ 11. Transfer it into baking try, and bake it for 12 to 15 min or until cook well. 12. After Baking apply butter or ghee. Without Oven Method ⤵ 13. In a preheated cooking pan , Transfer naan on lid. 14. Bake it on medium flame until color changed or cook well. 15. Apply Butter or Ghee. 16.
