This pizza recipe is perfect for the weekend. The pizza dough is mixed and is left at room temperature for 6 hours. Following this it is put in the fridge for 12 hours. After 12 hours leave the pizza dough out for 2 hours letting it come back up to room temperature. After 2 hours weigh out 240g of pizza dough and make it into a dough ball. Once the dough ball is formed place in a takeaway box or other container and leave for a further 4 hours. Following this rest time your dough ball is ready to be formed into a pizza.
